Now I recorded the sound without any other sounds (without the healing rife frequency) and I made a frequency analysis with wave lab lite. When the perpetrators where trying to interfere with the show and are trying to make me angry with their annoying perpetrator-sound I rolled.
This is a better frequency analysis spectrographic overview of the sound produced by the computer when the perpetrators make the annoying perpetrator-sound (at least I THINK it was meant to be annoying). A very nasty clicking sound that fucked up some world peace radio broadcasts. Off course we block their mind controll signal with ELFs but it is not enough Dee me tree (skoozee let me get my oozee).

What I think I was attacked with:

The K O 25 satellite which is supposedly out of order was flying right above my house when the nasty frequency in my brain started that woke me up around 5 and sometimes even 4 o'clock.
If the satellite is out of order it should be removed, put on a flight course into the sun or removed by a parasitic satellite (parasitic satellites really exist, check any search engine).
I can not afford a meter that can measure up to 50 Gigahertz from http://www.narda.de/ (12000 Euro including probe).
The attacks are clearly visible sometimes and I feel the attacks on my hand when I keep my hand in front of the radiation. Symptoms vary from itching to spasms that are visible and I have recorded on video tape. People think the cancer U M T S antenna's are used to attack people with but other people claim cancer micro wave satellites are used.

An overview of mind control equipment, just written.

Aluminum foil really protects with a factor 30 at least.
5) Chem-trails (pronounced as cam-trails) containing barium where spread. On the pictures and movies prologic and others made you can clearly see the cam trails are not coming out of the engine. The cam trails on the photo of the plane that flew over prologics house very low are clearly visible on the video. The cam trails are sprayed from the tips of the (white) cancer cam trail plane.
On the video you can see that besides the fact that the cam trails are from the tips of the wings and not condensation (con) trails from the engines but from the tips at the end of the wings, and besides that that the cam trail stops in the middle of the air and the cam trail starts again about 500 meters further the cancer cam trail plane started spraying again.

That I and millions of people where attacked with energy weapons is sure, but what type of weapon was used?
The attacks on me that dented in my skin and gave me spasms in hit body parts are caused by a beam, which I know for sure because I have managed to shield the beam and with a simple test (moving my body  in and out of the beam) I have bin able to establish it was a beam salaam for sure. (I think Bin Laden is innocent: the explosives that brought down the W T C are clearly visible in the Let's Roll documentary click here).
Because the direction of the beam is consistent with the direction of a to the naked eye clearly visible satellite which has been standing in the same spot for the last couple of days (so it can not be a star) I think the attacks on me are made with that satellite (see stop_nazibush directory pictures on web shots dot com to see pictures of the satellite I was attacked with with details) in combination with one of the following:

The spectrum analysis I have done shows there is a lot of activity in the 0 to 500 Megahertz region (Tetra, Gwen) and around 6 Gigahertz there is a signal which is strangely hopping all the time between about 5 to 6.5 Gigahertz.
The signal would not have been measurable at all with the H F 35 C, but the H F 35 C is a good device to do a fast measurement to determine the direction of the strongest signal in the 800 to 2500 Megahertz region.

Chemtrails (pronounced: cam trails).
I cammed those trails and on the video and pictures you can clearly see the difference between the cam trails and the con trails clearly: the cam trails are long stripes in the air containing chemicals, barium, nano-bots and God knows what else that are clearly visible for a long time. The contrails are the normal condensation trails, very short stripes behind the plain that don't last long and the contrails come out of the engine of the plane, the camtrails clearly do not come out of the engines but from the tips of the wings, you can also see them on the pictures.

One time a plane stopped spraying in mid-air and about 10 kilometres further it started cam trailing again.

SAR System aperture radar to determine my exact location inside and outside the house. This could be the signal that is measurable between 4.5 to 6.5 Gigahertz which is strongest around 6 Gigahertz (the hopping signal mentioned above). This is not really a weapon but is probably what causes the frequency in my brain in combination with (otherwise it is a frequency between 0 to 500 Megahertz, see :

Remote Neural Monitoring. Using the Mardirossian patented technology to remotely read peoples brain waves , the Hatayama patented technologically advanced equipment to influence a persons emotions and therewith the persons behaviour in the most direct way possible and using Allen H. Freys technology (voice to skull micro wave hearing/illumination, spelled F R E Y)  in combination with infra sound to produce voice to skull messages also called micro wave illumination, micro wave hearing.

I was recording the measurement I did near my house, in the car.
When I was attacked the spectrum analyser clearly showed the attack at 6125 MHz at plus 3 d B M.
Then the camera gave an error and there was a message on the L C D of the camera that said: 'recovering data.

I am now very sure the attack  took place at this frequency and the video material that showed the attack was erased.

I's the video  where I do the measurement when I am back from shopping and explain that the perpetrators change peoples brain wave so they say sick in stead of the number six. The rest of the video that showed the attack has been remotely erased by the perpetrators, which happened before (see previous writings).

The devil worshipping skull-diggers do that on purpose to you all. You gave them 200 billion to kill innocent women and children in Iraq and millions of people around the globe peacefully demonstrated against that damned war remember?

I will search the other picture I took of the 6.1 Gigahertz attack made on me.
The activity in the 6.1 Gigahertz area could also be to hide the real frequency used to attack me with, a decoy, but I find that highly unlikely because no other signal was measured. Inside the car there was no other signal measured. With the other meter I will be able to do the measurement from 0 to 1 megahertz more accurately, the 0.2 Megahertz signal which is usually the strongest signal is probably another signal in reality between 0 and 0.2 Megahertz which can not be measured accurately because you need the other Spectran meter for signals below 200 Megahertz.

The signal of 6125 Megahertz I recorded in the car in front of my house was erased by the perpetrators.
I already mentioned before the perpetrators have the ability to erase video material made with a D V D camera.

Searching for the picture of the 6.1 to 6.2  Gigahertz signal I was attacked with earlier I found 2 pictures displaying that signal I was attacked with at an incredibly strong signal strength (almost one million micro Watt):
1) 6174 Megahertz at plus 29 d B m=794328.23 microWatt (meter was on Hold Mode, logger data number 186).

The perpetrators (which I reported to the police in Mijdrecht of which there is a podcast available as well on the W P R B) woke me up with scalar attacks again and are now blocking the Trust computer mouse that worked a couple of weeks again.
The attacks are a lot weaker now, thanks to the magnets, and the perpetrator attacked me again just so I would not write it down (the murderer said: only if you don't write it down and than attacked me again).
It's not permafrost.
The chemtrails contain barium and aluminium, material which absorb the radiation to facilitate mind control.
I am making a recording now because the attacks with the scalar satellite that are meant for my brain are apparently bent of by the magnets. Also moving around helps and the white noise is on.
On the recording I let the listeners know on which moment the perpetrators attack me (I say: that was another scalar attack that was meant for my brain, first audible attack at 2 minutes 21 seconds on the recording) and loud ticks are heard on the recording at the moment the perpetrators attack me again and analysis of the recording by professionals should reveal the type of weapon the perpetrators are attacking me with.
I know the attacks are attacks with the scalar satellites of which pictures are on 999prologic999.blog2blog.nl because the attacks are sometimes felt on my body and the perpetrators usually awaken me with the scalar attacks which is easier if the person does not move and do not use white noise that makes humans brain waves undetectable when loud enough.
Underground, in the parking garage in Mijdrecht, the Netherlands, for example the attacks cease and the perpetrators are in underground military bases themselves and are using Tempest protected computers and are shielded with a force-field and M U metal foil.

2. Requests the Secretary-General:

(a) To collect information from Governments, the competent United Nations bodies and agencies and non-governmental organizations on the use of nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, fuel-air bombs, napalm, cluster bombs, biological weaponry and weaponry containing depleted uranium, on their consequential and cumulative effects, and on the danger they represent to life, physical security and other human rights;

(b) To submit a report on the information gathered to the Sub-Commission at its forty-ninth session, together with any recommendations and views which he may have received on effective ways and means of eliminating such weapons;

3. The following resolution does not state nor imply D U is officially a weapon of mass destruction but the first two articles (the resolution and the press release) do.
I added the following Resolution 2003/61 because it also concerns the atrocities committed by the American insurgents, the use of depleted uranium, officially a weapon of mass-destruction,  because it stresses "rejecting the use of violence in pursuit of political aims".

Recalling all previous resolutions on this issue,

Recalling also resolutions 1996/16 of 29 August 1996 and 1997/36 of 28 August 1997 of the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, entitled "International peace and security as an essential condition for the enjoyment of human rights, above all the right to life",

First let me explain what we see on the picture of the (expensive) spectrum analyser screen photograph.

On the picture we see the screen of the Agilent 8714 E T spectrum analyser, used by the M I T (CLICKABLE LINK).
The screen is divided in squares and shows the attenuation of the test radiation blasted through the helmet, in other words: the graph shows which frequencies are blocked (attenuated) and which frequencies are amplified (which frequencies get stronger) by the aluminum foil.

We hope to check out a spectrum of the agilent antenna used to produce the test signal radiation made with a spectrum analyser from a different brand. The test signal produced by the antenna might not produce the same amount of radiation on all levels, meaning that the test signal might not be evenly spread across the spectrum to begin with, so that an accurate measurement would have been impossible. The antenna used to produce the test signal might produce more radiation at 2,6 Gigahertz than at 1 Gigahertz for example, so we'd have to check out the antennas spectrum with a different brand analyser if we would want to be sure all frequencies the test signal generator (Agilent 8714E T) produces (in the measured field from 10 KiloHertz to 3 Gigahertz) are evenly represented and balanced throughout the spectrum. The antenna and analyzer may have been made for each other, so there might also be a callibration problem (the analyzer might not produce accurate results as well, how would you test the Agilent?).
On the Y axis the frequency goes up from left to right.
At the left bottom of the screen we can read: Start 1010 comma 359 Megahertz and on the right bottom side: Stop 3000 Megahertz. This means the ten bottom squares from left to right each represent a step of about 200 Megahertz ( start around 1000 megahertz stop at 3000, so the y axis represents almost 2000 Megahertz of the spectrum exactly).
The first square is thus 1200 Megahertz, the second 1400, the fifth line on the y-axis equals 2000 Megahertz and the last square at the bottom on the right represents from 2800 to 3000 Megahertz.
Everything below the line in the middle (between plus 20 and -20 d B) is negatively attenuated, meaning amplified.
Thus, if we use this spectrum analysis plot, we can see the signal is amplified
1) from about 1000 Megahertz to 1300 Megahertz,
2) 1400 to 1600 Megahertz and
3) 2300 to 2450 Megahertz.

Hoax M I T study?

The study referred to in the wikipedia tinfoil hat article describes twice it uses 250000 dollar equipment (in the same short article) to measure radio bands, radio frequency emissions up to 3 Giga-Hertz (up to 3000 MHz., the mobile phone network uses H F radiation in the 800 to 2500 MHz. region, for example: G S M uplink 900 MHz., hence the name G S M 900, U M T S uses emissions around 2000 MHz and Blue Tooth and the micro wave produce radiation a little below 2500 MHz) and the M I T study could be a hoax.

Since it is a proven fact the micro wave radiation increases the cancer risk I will place the word cancer in front of every name used for equipment that produces this harmful type of micro wave radiation.

The cancer-G S M, cancer-D E C T, cancer-U M T S and cancer-blue tooth all produce cancer-micro-wave radiation in the 800 to 2500 MegaHertz region, which you can measure with a H F 35 C radiation meter, you do not need 250000 dollar equipment.
The meter shows the aluminum foil hat attenuates , shields the cancer micro wave radiation with a factor 30, meaning thirty times less harmful cancer micro wave radiation behind the tinfoil hat than in front of it.
I measured this myself with a radiation meter that shows the amount of radiation in micro-Watts per square meter and makes the pulses or the radiation audible, so you can recognize what type of radiation it is: the type used by the cancer-mobile phone network or a cancer weefee/LAN (Local cancer Area Network) or any other type in the 800 to 2500 MHz. region.
I like the American spelling for aluminium better, aluminum sounds nicer: ALUMINATION.

The cancer micro wave radiation emissions are  NOT the radio frequency emissions which where studied in the M I T study, so the people that did the study did not need the expensive antenna either, they could have used their own cancer-mobile, which would have been better than the antenna used by the M I T since the cancer-mobile-antenna's and other types of equipment that use cancer micro wave radiation are widely spread and the radiation is pulsed. That the researches did not use a phone nor equipment that can make the pulses of the radiation that do a lot of damage audible could be one reason the M I T researchers found different results than other scientists found in their studies.
Even a hat from handy-fashions dot com has a shielding factor capacity of  at least 99.9 percent.  
The Mobile Cap was tested by the governmental radiation protection center in Finland (STUK), clearly more specialized in the field of radiation than the M I T. The equipment of the radiation protection center also has a greater range, up to 10 Gigahertz and used specialized equipment in this field, the M I T only measured up to 3 Gigahertz.
I have measured myself that a tinfoil hat, an aluminum foil hat, the alu-cap protects even better than the handy-fashions dot com cap, but this is in the 800 to 2500 Megahertz region.
The results of the governmental radiation protection center in Finland do not show the 30 db amplification at 2.6 Ghz and a 20 db amplification at 1.2 Ghz shown in the
M I T results. In the contrary: the STUK results show the hat has an attenuation (blocking/shielding) capacity ranging from 30 dB to almost 60 dB, which boils down to a shielding capacity of 99.9 percent in the 200 Megahertz area to 99.999 % shielding in the area from 50 Megahertz all the way up to 10 Gigahertz.
The governmental radiation protection center study shows the signal is not amplified by the hat in any way. I am wearing the handy-fashions dot com hat while I write this.

My experience with the radiation in the Giga-Hertz region described in the wiki article: the radio frequency described by the M I T is completely harmless. 4/12/2005 - Cannabis shrinks tumors & Cannabis in the Torah

In 1974 researchers learned that THC, the active chemical in marijuana, shrank or destroyed brain tumors in test mice. But the D E A quickly shut down the study and destroyed its results, which were never replicated -- until now.      

The term medical marijuana took on dramatic new meaning in February, 2000 when researchers in Madrid announced they had destroyed incurable brain tumors in rats by injecting them with THC, the active ingredient in cannabis.
The Madrid study marks only the second time that T H C has been administered to tumor-bearing animals; the first was a Virginia investigation 26 years ago. In both studies, the THC shrank or destroyed tumors in a majority of the test subjects.
Most Americans don't know anything about the Madrid discovery. Virtually no major U.S. newspapers carried the story, which ran only once on the AP and UPI news wires, on Feb. 29, 2000.
The ominous part is that this isn't the first time scientists have discovered that THC shrinks tumors. In 1974 researchers at the Medical College of Virginia, who had been funded by the National Institute of Health to find evidence that marijuana damages the immune system, found instead that THC slowed the growth of three kinds of cancer in mice -- lung and breast cancer, and a virus-induced leukemia.
The DEA quickly shut down the Virginia study and all further cannabis/tumor research, according to Jack Herer, who reports on the events in his book, "The Emperor Wears No Clothes." In 1976 President Gerald Ford put an end to all public cannabis research and granted exclusive research rights to major pharmaceutical companies, who set out -- unsuccessfully -- to develop synthetic forms of THC that would deliver all the medical benefits without the "high."

The Madrid researchers reported in the March issue of "Nature Medicine" that they injected the brains of 45 rats with cancer cells, producing tumors whose presence they confirmed through magnetic resonance imaging (M R I). On the 12th day they injected 15 of the rats with THC and 15 with Win-55,212-2 a synthetic compound similar to THC. "All the rats left untreated uniformly died 12-18 days after glioma (brain cancer) cell inoculation ... Cannabinoid (THC)-treated rats survived significantly longer than control rats. THC administration was ineffective in three rats, which died by days 16-18. Nine of the THC-treated rats surpassed the time of death of untreated rats, and survived up to 19-35 days. Moreover, the tumor was completely eradicated in three of the treated rats." The rats treated with Win-55,212-2 showed similar results.
The Spanish researchers, led by Dr. Manuel Guzman of Complutense University, also irrigated healthy rats' brains with large doses of THC for seven days, to test for harmful biochemical or neurological effects. They found none.
"Careful MRI analysis of all those tumor-free rats showed no sign of damage related to necrosis, edema, infection or trauma ... We also examined other potential side effects of cannabinoid administration. In both tumor-free and tumor-bearing rats, cannabinoid administration induced no substantial change in behavioral parameters such as motor coordination or physical activity. Food and water intake as well as body weight gain were unaffected during and after cannabinoid delivery. Likewise, the general hematological profiles of cannabinoid-treated rats were normal. Thus, neither biochemical parameters nor markers of tissue damage changed substantially during the 7-day delivery period or for at least 2 months after cannabinoid treatment ended."
Guzman's investigation is the only time since the 1974 Virginia study that THC has been administered to live tumor-bearing animals. (The Spanish researchers cite a 1998 study in which cannabinoids inhibited breast cancer cell proliferation, but that was a "petri dish" experiment that didn't involve live subjects.)
In an email interview for this story, the Madrid researcher said he had heard of the Virginia study, but had never been able to locate literature on it. Hence, the Nature Medicine article characterizes the new study as the first on tumor-laden animals and doesn't cite the 1974 Virginia investigation.
"I am aware of the existence of that research. In fact I have attempted many times to obtain the journal article on the original investigation by these people, but it has proven impossible." Guzman said.
In 1983 the Reagan/Bush Administration tried to persuade American universities and researchers to destroy all 1966-76 cannabis research work, including compendiums in libraries, reports Jack Herer, who states, "We know that large amounts of information have since disappeared."
Guzman provided the title of the work -- "Antineoplastic activity of cannabinoids," an article in a 1975 Journal of the National Cancer Institute -- and this writer obtained a copy at the University of California medical school library in Davis and faxed it to Madrid.
The summary of the Virginia study begins, "Lewis lung adenocarcinoma growth was retarded by the oral administration of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabinol (CBN)" -- two types of cannabinoids, a family of active components in marijuana. "Mice treated for 20 consecutive days with THC and CBN had reduced primary tumor size."
The 1975 journal article doesn't mention breast cancer tumors, which featured in the only newspaper story ever to appear about the 1974 study -- in the Local section of the Washington Post on August 18, 1974. Under the headline, "Cancer Curb Is Studied," it read in part:
"The active chemical agent in marijuana curbs the growth of three kinds of cancer in mice and may also suppress the immunity reaction that causes rejection of organ transplants, a Medical College of Virginia team has discovered." The researchers "found that THC slowed the growth of lung cancers, breast cancers and a virus-induced leukemia in laboratory mice, and prolonged their lives by as much as 36 percent."
Guzman, writing from Madrid, was eloquent in his response after this writer faxed him the clipping from the Washington Post of a quarter century ago. In translation, he wrote:
